Who I am: My father was a disabled Vietnam Veteran who passed away when I was in High School, my mother a social worker, who raised two kids mostly on her own. Who I am: My father was a disabled Vietnam Veteran who passed away when I was in High School, my mother a social worker, who raised two kids mostly on her own. Me and my sister from an early age were tasked with taking care of ourselves and being responsible for our own well being. When I was 18 I met my Idol, UFC world champion and hall of famer Pat Miletich, who became a father figure to myself and a room full of other young men.. After a year and a half of grueling workouts I was welcomed as a part of the MFS Elite fighting team,where I went onto fight on small Pay Per View shows against two future UFC stars (Myles Jury and Erik Koch.) At the age of 22 I had a falling out with my best friend and the person responsible for most of my training, UFC star Spencer Fisher. After fighting I moved to NYC and had a brief stint as a stage and film actor where I mostly did small films and a few plays. I only say all of this, because I want you to know who I am, and where I come from. I’m not your average run of the mill accountant or advisor.

Fees are flat based and vary dependent on the amount of time to complete and the entity structure, but are based off of an hourly rate and clients organization level. We offer high quality work and advising and are only looking for high quality clients.
