Main Street Capital and Finance can provide summary investment advice for your future purchases of Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds and Derivative trading. Due to the high cost and regulatory burdens of money management we do not operate as an actual fund, but do offer seminars and training in those areas, so that you can then apply to your own portfolio.

HOW TO START– We will provide financial education to clients, so they are informed on their decisions before they make the purchase. Focusing on financing options, risk-reward, cash flows, as well as other micro and macro economic factors.

MARKET ANALYSIS – We provide market analysis of major US market prices, supply and demand, off sticker costs, and future potential in emerging real estate/financial markets. 

INVESTMENT PROPERTY - FLIP - OR RENTAL – Analyzing financial and tax strategies on whether to flip property, buy and hold,  or use as a rental property. In most cases in makes sense to rent out to cover your carrying costs of the debt, but for certain High Net Worth individuals it may make sense to use property as an investment vehicle or hold in a trust.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - In addition to investment advice,  we can also take over the hassles of some of your day to day operations, such as collecting rents, maintenance issues, qualifying tenants and more.
